For thirty days from the order of a section, write to hello@archiviolunare.com or reply to your Stripe receipt, and the whole $457.99 comes back to the card it was paid with, usually within five to ten working days. No reason is needed.
After thirty days the section is hers, and the remaining promises in the terms still stand: the book is rewritten until the family loves it, and if the landing fails her story flies again at our cost. No refund is tied to the flight date.
A free-ring entry costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund; until the disc is made it is deleted on request to privacy@archiviolunare.com.
